Map & Directions
1. From the Train station (the "Gara de Nord" train station)
By bus- Take bus no. 85 for 6 stops, get off at the 6th stop (the "Gradina Cismigiu" stop, in front of a McDonalds). Walk back towards the park, turn right at the first crossing (B-dul Regina Elisabeta with Str. Ion Zalomit) and we are there, just check the address for the floor, and apartment number.
LANDMARK - WE ARE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE CITY HALL, IN THE BUILDING WITH THE MINIMARKET "VEL PITAR" ON THE GROUND FLOOR.
By subway- Take the M1 subway line from the "Gara de Nord" station for one stop, to "Piata Victoriei". Change to the M2 subway line and take the next subway for 2 stops, to the "Universitatate" stop. Walk down the street Regina Elisabeta and turn right exactly before the park, on Str. Ion Zalomit. We're there at no 44, in the building with "Vel Pitar" on the ground floor .
OR
- Take the M1 subway line for 6 stops to the “Izvor” stop. Cross the street, in the opposite direction from The Palace of the Parliament (across the bridge) turn right at the first crossing - not the one with the bridge, and when you've passed the park turn left, on Str. Ion Zalomit. We're there at no 44.
By taxi - it is pretty close to the train station, so a taxi shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes and 10 RON (=2 euro)
2. From the "Henri Coanda"airport and "Baneasa" airport.
By bus - take the Express Bus no 783 to the "Piata 21 Dec 1989" stop. Walk down the street Regina Elisabeta, towards the park and turn right exactly before the park, on Str. Ion Zalomit. We're there at no 44, in the building with "Vel Pitar" on the ground floor
By taxi - a cab shouldn't charge you more than 50 RON (=11 euro).

Rooms

The 10 bed room and the 6 bed room overlook the main street so they are brighter and a bit noisier.
The 8 bed room gives onto the interior courtyard, so it's a lot darker and very quiet, it's for late or light sleepers.
The double room overlooks the Cismigiu park.
All the beds are wooden except for 2 iron beds in the 8 bed room and the mattresses on them are thick ortopedic ones. There is air conditioning in all the rooms as well as heating .
